42nd Annual Parade of Lights Lake Mead

When: Saturday December 1, 2018

Is your boat the best Santa's sleigh on the water? Show off your holiday decorated boat and enter your crew for this Annual Parade of Lights, a Lake Mead holiday celebration. Each year crowds of Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City visitors and locals gather at Boulder Beach to celebrate our amazing lake, the beauty it shares, and the spirit of the boating community. Show your boating and VegasStrong pride and join other boaters for this fun spirited tradition.

All boaters are welcome to join this holiday tradition on the water!

Here's what you need to know by Saturday December 1

  • No Entry Fee
  • Return the registration form by November 24 to the contact and address on the form
  • All participating boat captains receive an engraved memento to show off their Lake Mead holiday pride
  • Only 50 entries permitted
  • Parade will cast off from Las Vegas Boat Harbor and Lake Mead Marina at 6:30pm SHARP!
  • MANDATORY captain's meeting at 4pm
  • ALL BOATS will be safety inspected in the water 10:30am - 2:30pm
  • NO walk-up entries after 2pm, December 1
  • SORRY, NO sailboards, Personal Water Crafts (PWC) or towing of boats
